Early Occupational Health Damage of Long-term Low Concentrations of Benzene Exposure

摘要 目的研究长期低浓度苯系物接触对作业工人的早期职业健康损害。方法①工作场所空气中苯系物浓度检测与评价;②对接触组106人和对照组110人进行职业健康检查,测定血清中氧化—抗氧化指标和遗传损伤指标。结果①工作场所空气中苯系物浓度低于国家卫生标准;②接触组神经衰弱、牙龈出血、女工月经异常的检出率均高于对照组(P<0.05);WBC和PLT均数低于对照组(P<0.01),氧化指标SOD活力、MDA含量以及遗传损伤指标(微核,姐妹染色单体互换和染色体畸变)发生率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论长期低浓度苯系物接触可造成神经、血液、氧化—抗氧化以及细胞遗传学损害作用。 [ Objective] To investigate the early occupational health damage of workers with long-term low concentrations of benzene exposure. [ Methods ] (1)The concentration of benzene series in the air of the workplaces was detected and evaluated; (2)Choosing 106 workers as exposed group and 110 non-exposed workers as control group, through occupational health check, indexes of oxidation, anti-oxidation, genetic damage in serum were detected. [ Results] (1)The benzene series levels were lower than the national health standards; (2)The rates of neurasthenia, gum blooding, abnormal menstruation cycles of women in exposed group were higher than those of control group ( P 〈 O. 05 ) ; the averages of WBC and PLT of exposed group are lower than those of control group ( P 〈0.01 ) ; contents of SOD and MDA were higher than those of the control group as well as incidence of indicators of genetic dam- age( Micronuelei, sister chromatid exchange and chromosomal aberrations) , ( P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] Long-term low concentrations of benzene exposure can cause damage on nerves, blood, oxidation of an anti-oxidation and cytogenetic.
