摘要
研究了通气水培条件下的棉花根系在不同浓度 MET 中的生长发育、无机离子吸收和吸收动力学特性。结果表明,MET 抑制棉花根系的伸展,对侧根发生和侧根数目的影响不明显。MET 能增加棉根对 NO_3^-、H_2PO_4^-阴离子吸收率,抑制棉根对 K^+、NH_4^+阳离子吸收率,但在0.1~1ppm 时,对吸收 NH_4^+有一定促进效应。MET 处理的棉花根系在不同浓度 K^+和 NH_4^+溶液中的吸收速率符合 Michaelis-Menten 酶动力学模式。0.1~1ppm MET 处理后,k^+和 NH_4^+的吸收 Km 值增大,Vmax 减少,表明 K^+和 NH_4^+吸收率下降是可靠的。
MET (Multi-Effect Triazole) inhibited the elongation of taproot and lateral root of cotton. MET depressed uptake of K^+ and NH_4^+ by root but promoted NO_3^- and H_2PO_4^- uptake.The analysis of kinetics of K^+ uptake indicaed that,Km of k^+ uptake in the root treated with MET was higher and Vmax was lower than those of the check.MET reduced affinty of root for K^+ and depressed the uptake.In was suggested that,was related to the increase of plasmalemma permeability of root cell promoted by MET.
