Non-probabilistic Reliability Optimization Design of Machine-tool Spindle Structure

摘要 在非概率可靠性理论和优化设计方法的基础上,考虑机床主轴结构设计中结构设计参数具有的区间不确定性,建立了机床主轴结构的非概率可靠性模型,提出了机床主轴结构的非概率可靠性优化设计方法。工程算例及其结果表明文中的模型和方法具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。 Based on non-probabilistic reliability theory and the optimization design method, considering the interval uncertainties regarding parameters of machine-tool spindle structure, non-probabilistic reliability model of machine-tool spindle structure is discussed and a method for non-probabilistic reliability based optimization design is proposed. Numerical examples and the results show that the model and method proposed have some theoretical significance and practical value.
