摘要
《伤寒论》是祖国医学辨证论治的经典著作,仲景在《伤寒论》中对小便不利的辨治颇详。总结《伤寒论》中辨小便对疾病的鉴别诊断意义,并归纳整理仲景治疗小便不利的治法为通阳化气利水、清热利湿、育阴利水、温阳利水、疏利三焦、疏肝理气六法,阐述其代表方、适应症和临床应用。
Shanghanlun is a classic work in TCM ,in which the syndrome differentiation and treatment to dysuria are very detailed. In this paper,the author sums up the differential diagnostic significance of dysuria in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases, summarizes the therapeutic methods to dysuria are activating yang and promoting diuresis,clearing away heat and draining dampness, nourishing and promoting urination, warming yang to excrete water, dredging triple energizer, soothing liver and regulation qi ,and explains their prescriptions ,indications and clinical applications.
