重型卡车纵梁材料升级前后的强度及刚度模拟分析

摘要 采用ANSYS有限元仿真软件分别对某型号重型卡车升级前"8+5"P510L材料和升级后"7+4"P590L材料的纵梁进行了弯曲弹性变形和扭曲变形的强度及刚度指标模拟计算,并对升级前后的性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:采用P590L材料制造的"7+4"纵梁比原来采用P510L材料制造的"8+5"纵梁的强度更高,刚度有所下降,但仍能够满足设计要求。 By using ANSYS finite element software, the strength and rigidity parameters of a longitudinal beam for heavy truck before and after material improving had been calculated when elastic bending or warping happened, and these two calculated results had been contrasted and analyzed. The results show that the ‘7+4’ longitu-dinal beam made of P590L material had higher strength than the ‘8+5’ longitudinal beam made of P510L material. Rigidity of the improved longitudinal beam decreased a little, but it still could meet with the design requirement.
