摘要
目的了解我国农村地区65岁及以上老年人群血浆中铝、钙、镉、铜、铁、铅和锌等7种微量元素水平。方法采集长年生活于我国四川、山东两省四县市农村的老年人群188人的血样,应用ICP质谱仪测定血浆中的该7种微量元素含量。结果农村≥65岁老年人群血浆中铝、钙、镉、铜、铁、铅、锌的平均含量分别为0.97mg/L、52.07mg/L、1.75μg/L,0.65mg/L、3.64mg/L、3.91μg/L和7.88mg/L。结论本调查研究显示了中国农村老年人群目前7种微量元素水平现况,可为进一步研究这些微量元素与老年人群健康的关系及开展防治老年性疾病提供科学参考。
Objective To analyze plasma seven trace element levels of aluminum, calcium, cadmium, copper, iron, lead and zinc （Al, Ca,Cd, Cu, Fe,Pl and Zn） of the chinese elderly in rural areas. Methods Plasma samples of 188 chinese elderly were from four counties of Sichuan province and Shandong province in China rural areas. The levels of seven trace elements in the blood plasma samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry （ICP - MS） after microwave digestion. Results The trace elements average contents of Al, Ca, Cd, Cu, Fe, Pl and Zn trace elements in rural Chinese elderly were 0.97mg/L,52.07mg/L,1.75μg/L, 0.65mg/L,3.64mg/L,3.91μg/L and 7.88mg/L, respectively. Conclusion These results show seven trace elements levels of the Chinese elderly in rural areas, and it provides the scientific values for research on the relation ship between and elderly human health or diseases.
