摘要
经心肌激光打孔血运重建术（TMLR）是一种治疗冠心病的外科新方法，其麻醉也具有与其它心血管手术不同的特点。本文报告了14例TMLR麻醉处理的初步体会。加大麻醉前用药量，术中控制芬太尼和肌松药的用量，以镇静药为主控制麻醉深度，灵活运用心血管活性药物以及全面的监测对维护病人心功能，减少围术期心梗的发生，具有重要意义。
Transmyocardial laser revascularization (TMLR) is a new surgical method of curing coronary artery disease. Anesthesia for TMLR is quite different from other cardiovascular operations. In this paper, the author reported the anesthetic management for 14 patients undergoing TMLR. Adding the doses of premedications, controlling the doSeS of fentanyl and muscle relaxants and using the sedative drugs mainly to control the depth of anesthesia during Operations, the flexble use of cardiovascular - activity drugs and the universal monitoring have great meanings in safeguarding the patients' cardiac function and preventing perioperative myocaridial infarction.
