一种离轴式反射聚焦镜的设计及应用

摘要 基于国内外几种典型反射式聚焦镜的光路设计原理,进行了一种离轴式反射聚焦镜的设计,给出了循环水冷及焦点指示方法,验证了离轴反射镜的聚焦参数。结果表明:离轴式反射聚焦镜易于加工,调试便捷,水冷措施有效,CO2激光作用下顺利实现了"离轴"外部空气击穿,并在等离子体点火研究实验中得到了较好应用,可为工程技术领域激光聚焦镜的设计提供研究思路和设计方法。 Based on beam path design principles of several typical focus systems home and abroad, an abaxial reflecting focusing mirror is designed. Circulating cooling and focus indication methods are put forward; Focusing parameter of the abaxial mirror is also validated. The results indicate that the mirror is easy to process and convenient to adjust. Water-cooling system works effectively. It realizes outer air breakdown successfully and is well applied in the experimental investigation of plasma char- acteristics. The paper provides research thought and design method for laser focus system design in engineering and technique field.
