高功率激光加工中光束聚焦的分析和模拟 被引量:1

The Analysis and Simulation of Beam in the High Power Laser Process

摘要 在高功率激光加工应用中,不同的加工形式对激光光束的聚焦性能要求不同,因而采取的聚焦方式也不一样。研究介绍了高功率激光加工中激光光束聚焦的几种常用方式,包括透镜聚焦、球面镜反射聚焦和离轴抛物面镜反射聚焦。系统地分析了这几种聚焦方式各自的优缺点及其应用领域,并且对这几种聚焦方式进行了模拟分析,形象、直观地反映出各种聚焦方式的聚焦效果。 Introduced several kinds of focusing method in the high power laser process. The merit, shortcoming and applicable region of transmitted focusing and reflected focusing were analyzed respectively. In addition, these focusing method were analyzed and simulated with computer, the focusing effect were visual and intuitionistic.
