摘要
微机可控顶自动调速系统是从系统工程的观点出发,将驼峰纵断面、调速设备、钩车重量等级及走行性能等进行统筹考虑和规划的。利用速度逼近法,把难行车速度曲线作为目标曲线,使中行车和易行车速度曲线向难行车速度曲线靠拢,最大限度缩小难、易行车溜行时差,提高推峰速度。它借助于微机,采用仿真技术及模糊控制理论,通过模拟钩车的动态溜放过程,合理布置调速设备,充分提高其利用率,满足安全高效的双重要求,获得较大的投入产出比。
The automatic speed control system of controlled retarder is based on the viewpoint of the system engineering,which takes all aspects for the hump profile,speed control equipment,grade of the weight of cars,the rolling ability and the planning into account.It applies the method of “speed approach”and the speed curve for the bad running cars which is considered as the target curve ,makes the speed curves of the medium running cars and the easy running cars to close to the curve of the bad running cars and reduces the time error between the easy and bad running cars as much as we can so as to raise the humping speed.It applies micro computer,the simulation technology and the “fuzzy control”theory.The equipment is installed reasonably after the simulation for the humping operation so as to achieve the full use of the equipment and meet the requirement of high efficiency and safe operations.
