摘要
哈尔滨医科大学通过整合临床教学资源、开展师资队伍建设、采取现代化管理手段、建立健全教学保障机制等措施开展临床技能实验教学中心建设与管理,并以实验中心为平台,利用模拟人和标准化病人,开展教学内容、教学方法手段和考核方式的改革,形成了内含八个实验教学模块四个实验教学体系,为学生搭建了一个系统、规范的实验教学平台,使学生的临床技能得到了系统训练,有效地保证了临床教学质量。
In order to construct and manage the experimental teaching center of clinical skills, such measures as follows have been taken in Harbin Medical University: integrating teaching resources, building up the ranks of teachers, adopting modern management, and establishing and improving teaching guarantee mechanism. Meanwhile, the center has been taken as the platform to develop the four experimental teaching systems by making use of stimulation and standardized patients to implement the reform of teaching contents, methods and examinations. With these measures and actions, the four experimental teaching systems which include eight modules have been set up. In such a systematic and standard teaching platform, the quality of clinical teaching has been guaranteed effectively, and at the same time students have received a systematic training of clinical skills.
