摘要
目的:观察益肾化瘀法治疗高雄激素血症,降低黄体生成素,恢复排卵的效果。方法:选择高睾酮,高黄体生成素患者30例,自拟中药内服方治疗。结果:痊愈14例,有效10例,无效2例。结论:益肾化瘀法可调节卵巢的功能,主要为调整下降了黄体生成素,降低睾酮的水平,所有恢复自主月经的患者都有排卵。
Objectives：To observe the effect of nourishing Kidney and expelling stasistherapy in treating hyperandrogenism,reducing luteinizing hormone and recovering the normal ovarian function.Methods：30 cases of high testosterone and high luteinizing hormone,they will be given the dicoction that we have prepared.Results：The nourishing Kidney and expelling stasis therapy healed 14 cases,10 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective.Conclusions：nourishing Kidney and expelling stasistherapy can regulate the ovarian function such as reducing luteinizing hormone and testosterone. All the cases whose menstrual cycles are regulated could have the normal ovarian function.
