摘要
毕业生就业水平是高职院校教育质量和效益的直接体现,也是高职院校人才培养水平评估工作的重要指标。本文通过对高职学生就业特点的分析,论述了高职院校开设职业指导课的目的和意义,并就建立一个具有高职特色的职业指导课程体系提出了自己的建议。
The employment levels of the graduates are not only the direct reflection of the quality and efficiency of higher vocational colleges＇ education, but also an important index of the assessment of higher vocational colleges＇ personnel training level. By analyzing the employment characteristics of higher vocational college students, this article expounds the purposes and significance for higher vocational colleges to set up the employment guidance curriculum, and puts forward the corresponding proposals of constructing a typical vocational guidance curriculum system.
