摘要
目的对经尿道前列腺电切术后排尿困难的防治进行探讨。方法将首次接受经尿道前列腺电切术的250例患者随机分为观察组130例和对照组120例,观察组采用手术干预、护理干预、心理干预和健康指导。对照组按常规方法留置尿管,给予一般常规护理。结果观察组患者拔除尿管后排尿困难的占17.7%,尿潴留占4.6%;对照组分别为29.1%和15%,其差异有统计学意义。结论对于经尿道前列腺电切术患者给予综合干预,是减少术后排尿困难的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the prevention of dysuria after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods 250 patients after first transurethral plasmakentic resection of prostate were randomly divided into observation group（n=130） and control group（n=120）. Observation group were treated by surgical intervention, nursing intervention, psychological intervention and health education. Control group were treated by urethral catheter indwell and were given conventional postoperative care.Result The dysuria after Catheters were pulled out of observation group is 17.7%（23/130）, the urine retention is 4.6%（6/130）. while it is 29.1%（35/ 120）（P〈0.05） and 15%（18/120）（P〈0.05） respectively in control group. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention is effective for dysuria after transurethral resection of prostate.
