护理干预在宫颈癌根治术后预防尿潴留的临床效果观察 被引量:38

摘要 目的探讨宫颈癌根治术后预防尿潴留的方法,实施有效的护理干预措施。方法首次接受宫颈癌根治术的住院患者80例,采用随机分组方法,分为实验组和对照组各40例,在采用中西医结合的治疗基础上,实验组采用预留部分膀胱冲洗液,拔除尿管;对照组按常规方法拔除尿管。结果实验组有3例患者出现尿潴留,对照组有10例患者发生尿潴留,2组在首次排尿顺畅程序及数量方面有显著性差异,拔除尿管6~7h,2组患者行残余尿测定,尿潴留的发生率有显著性差异。结论对宫颈癌根治术留置尿管的患者预留膀胱冲洗液,可有效地预防尿潴留的发生,进而提高残余尿测定的合格率,促使膀胱功能恢复良好。 Objective To discuss the methods to preventing postoperative urinary retention of radical hysterectomy, to practice operative nurse intervention. Methods There were 80 patients receiving radical hysterectomy because of cervical cancer for the first time, they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. On the base of the combination of TCM and western medicine,patients in the experimental group remained some irrigation lotion of urinary bladder before pulled out urethral catheter, and patients in the contrast ones did in routine methods. Results 3 cases in experiment group occurred urinary retention after pulling out the urethral catheter, and 10 cases in contrast group. Miction smooth and quantity of the first- time were different significantly between both groups, six or seven hours after pulling out the urethral catheter, residual urine detecting qualification rate were different significantly in both groups. Conclusions Remaining irrigation lotion of urinary bladder for post cervical carcinoma patients after radical hysterectomy can effectively prevent urinary retention and raise residual urine estimation qualification rate, facilitate recovery of bladder function.
