摘要
目的总结输尿管镜术中术后常见的并发症及其有效的处理对策。方法收集我院2004年9月至2007年5月,应用输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石的925例患者临床资料,其中出现并发症的42例,通过输尿管镜下置双J管等方法处理后全部治愈。结论输尿管镜配合钬激光或气压弹道碎石是处理输尿管中下段结石的首选方法,但是由于患者解剖变异、操作粗暴、熟练度差等因素造成输尿管镜操作时有可能出现严重的并发症,只要术中仔细检查发现,采取放置双J管、开放手术、镜下复位黏膜等方法恢复输尿管的连续性、通畅性,一般预后良好。
Objective To summary the effective treatment of common complications of ureteroscopic lithotripsy, Methods 925 cases of ureteral calculus underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy during September 2004 to May 2007, 42 of them who found complications postoperatively were cured and without sequel after the treatment of indwelling double J stent in secondary procedure. Conclusion Ureteroscopic lithotripsy combined with Holmium YAG laser or pneumatic lithotripsy is the choice for the treatment of middle and distal ureteral calculus. Severe complications may happen while anatomic variability, harsh maneuver or poor skill, but the prognose will be well with careful examination and management.
