摘要
目的 探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术常见并发症产生的原因和处理对策。方法 对2002年12月～2005年12月施行的365例输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术患者临床资料和并发症进行回顾性分析。结果 15例发生并发症，其中输尿管穿孔2例，输尿管黏膜下假道4例，输尿管出血4例，腰痛肾绞痛2例，术后并发感染3例。结论 保证输尿管镜在导丝引导下进镜，操作仔细轻柔，术后留置双J管等有助于减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the causes of complications of ureteroscopy pneumatic lithothrypty and their management. Methods Ureteroscopy pneumatic lithothrypty were carried out in 365 cases from Dec. 2002 to Jun. 2005. The clinical data and the complications were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of all the cases,the complicatiom occurred in 15 casas, including ureteral perforation in 2 cases, urethral submucosa pseudocanal in 4 cases, ureterorrhage in 4 cases, nephricocolic in 2 cases and post-operation infection in 3 cases. Conclusion Ureteroscopy may be inserted at directed by leading wire, skillful and appropriate practice in operation. Double J ureteral stent after operation is helpful to decrease the complications of with ureteroscopy pneumatic lithothrypty.
