Oxidative characteristics of FeS by thermal analysis

摘要 通过热分析实验,利用热质量(TG)分析和差示扫描量热(DSC)研究FeS受热氧化性质的特点,以期为含硫油品自燃火灾事故的避免提供一定的借鉴.结果表明:FeS对温度变化不敏感,一般在250℃以上才开始受热氧化,而且氧化过程比较缓慢,75μm的FeS试样在251.12℃时发生氧化.颗粒大小对FeS的受热氧化性质影响比较明显,随着试样颗粒的增大,FeS氧化起始温度升高,而且整个氧化周期的温度范围变宽.120μm的FeS试样的氧化温度范围256.74~797.52℃,而250Ixm的FeS试样的氧化温度范围为335.88~959.47℃.不同升温速率对FeS受热氧化的性质有一定影响,升温速率小有利于FeS的受热氧化,75μm的FeS试样在2℃/min的升温速率下263.92℃即开始氧化,当升温速率增大到20℃/min时,298.11℃才开始缓慢氧化. To avoid the spontaneous combustion of oil containing sulfur, the oxidative tendency of FeS was studied by thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results. Results showed that FeS sample was not sensitive to the temperature change. The FeS sample with 75 μm was oxidized at 251. 12 ℃, and the sample size played an important role in the oxidative tendency of FeS sample. With the increase of the sample diameter, the oxidative temperature of FeS sample increased and the range of oxidative temperature expanded. FeS sample with 120μm was oxidized at 256.74 797.52 ℃. But the oxidative temperature of FeS sample with 250 μm was increased to 335.88 959.47 ℃. The heating rate also influences the oxidative tendency of FeS sample. The oxidative tendency was more obvious in case of the small heating rate. The FeS sample with 75 μm was oxidized at 263.92 ℃ when the heating rate was 2 ℃/min. But the oxidative temperature increased to 298. 11℃ when the heating rate was 20℃/min.
