摘要
通过分析近年来扬子石油化工股份有限公司炼油厂尤里卡装置加工进口高硫劣质原料油时存在的反应器结焦严重、沥青软化点降低、硫腐蚀等问题,提出以下解决措施:控制减压渣油的恩氏黏度在 600~750mm2 /s,裂解炉出口温度提高至 486±1℃,最大过热蒸汽注入量调整为 11~11. 5t/h,反应时间调整为 50~70min,定期对易腐蚀部位进行监测,适时进行材质升级。措施实施后,沥青软化点合格率提高至 97%以上,清焦频次由 3个月 1次延长为 6个月 1次,处理负荷同比提高 22. 5%。
According to the quality problem of crude oil used in Eureka unit of refinery factory,development trend of crude oil was discovered.The influence of high sulfur inferior crude oil such as reactor coking,asphalt softening temperature decrease,and sulfur corrosion were analysed.By controlling Engler viscosity of residual oil in 600~750 mm^2/s,increasing the outlet temperature of pyrolyzer to (486±1) ℃, adjusting the maximum steam addtion to 11~11.5 t/h,and the reaction time to 50~70 min.The qualification rate of asphalt softening temperature was more than 97%,the decoking period increased from three months to six months,the yield increased 22.5%.
