摘要
本文认为RIGAKU理论基体校正系数在熔融样品中对基体效应校正效果不佳的原因是在计算中没有考虑到烧失量的影响。为此,提出了修正计算方法和计算了新的校正系数;并在建材非金属矿产地质样品XRF分析中应用,提高了分析数据的准确度,获得了满意的结果。
A method for modified calculation of RIGAKU theoretical matrix coefficents is studied. It is thought that coirected results of RIGAKU theoretical matrix coefficients are inaccurate because of without considering affect of the term of ignition loss. For this reason a modified method was advanced; calculation formulas were derived; new theoretical matrix coefficients were calculated; these coefficients were applied to XRF analysis for samples of buiWing materials, ncnmetallic minerals and geology. Accuracy of analysis resu]is is improved and satisfactory results are obtained.
