摘要
给出一般非完整非保守力学系统相对运动动力学方程及其逆变代数形式，证明方程具有相容代数结构和Ｌｉｅ容许代数结构。
Contravariant type equations of motion of the general nonholonomic nonconservative systems in relative motion are given. It is demonstrated that the equations possess a consistent algebra structure and a Lie's admissible algebra structure. Poisson's theory of the systems is obtained by generalizing the classical Poisson's theory.
