以矿渣为主要组分的环保型路面基层结合料及其稳定土的力学性能 被引量:2

Road Base Binder Using Slag as Main Component and Its Mechanical Property of Stabilized Soil

摘要 利用碱钙硫复合激发矿渣粉潜在活性的机理,以水泥的强度、凝结时间、抗裂性为技术指标研制出了2种环保的新型路面基层结合料(NSB),该结合料的矿渣粉用量达到了75%。通过对NSB稳定细粒土与级配碎石的力学性能试验,分析了NSB用在稳定土中的可行性。结果表明:这2种NSB都具备了缓凝、抗裂性好的优点,且强度超过了半刚性路面基层对水泥的技术要求;用NSB稳定细粒土与级配碎石,具有抗压强度、弯拉强度与劈裂强度均较高、最大弯拉应变较大的特点;同时用数据说明了2种结合料对土有选择性,石灰石掺量为2%的NSB1适合稳定级配碎石,而石灰石掺量为4%的NSB2适合稳定细粒土。所有的研究表明这2种NSB能够满足半刚性基层的需求。 Taken strength, setting time and resistant cracking of cement as technical indexes, two kinds of environmental-friendly new slag binder (NSB) were developed by using the potential active mechanism of alkali calcium sulfur compound stimulating slag powder. The NSB contains the amount of 75% slag powder. Through testing the mechanical property of NSB stabilized fine-grained soil and graded broken stone, the feasibility of using NSB as stabilized soil was verified. Experimental result shows that ( 1 ) both NSBs have the properties of good anti-crack capability and retardation as well as the intensity above the requirement stipulated in the relative standard; (2) the stabilized fine-grained soil and graded broken stone of the two NSBs have comparatively higher compressive strength, flexural-tensile strength, splitting strength and flexural-tensile strain value; (3) the two binders have selectivity to soil : NSB1 containing 2% limestone is fit for graded broken stone and NSB2 containing 4% limestone is suitable for fine-grained soil. All the tests indicate that the two NSB can meet the requirements of binder for mad base.
