摘要
通过分析水泥稳定沙砾各组成,阐明了水泥剂量测定的主要影响因素:由于样本太小,样本的沙砾级配并不能反映水泥稳定沙砾中沙砾的真实级配情况,以致水泥剂量测定结果与实际相差较大.通过用拌和好的混合料过4.75m m筛,取通过的颗粒300g,作为样本测定水泥剂量标准曲线,并在现场检测时采用标准曲线测定时的方法,解决了样本太小的问题,提高了测定的精确度.
This article illustrated the major factor which affects cement dosage test through analyzing the granule composition of cement stabilized sand gravels. The factor is that the sample granules can't represent the actual composition due to too small sample size, thus enormous different results occur in the test for cement dosage. The writer used 4. 75 mm sieve, took 300g of the granules through the sieve as samples and solved the too-small-sample size problem. Besides, the writer himself proposed the basic principle that on-site test methods must be consistent with standard curve test methods. The measure precision is highly improved.
