摘要
柳钢球团生产线投产初期由于原料质量差,设备故障多,生产经验不足,导致能源消耗居高不下。几年来,通过优化用料,稳定原料质量,提高生产操作水平,加强能源管理,不断进行工艺设备改造等,使工序能耗由原来的50.774kgce/t降至23.382kgce/t,取得了良好的节能效果。
During initial period of Liusteel pelletizing production line commissioning, because of poor raw material quality, many equipment failures and inefficient production experience, the energy consumption has been very high. Over the past few years, through optimizing the using materials, stabilizing raw material quality, improving production operation, enhancing the energy resources management and continuously reconstructing the process equipment, the process energy consumption is reduced to 23.382 kgce/t from 50.774 kgce/t, and good energy saving effect is obtained.
