摘要
介绍了大型焙烧机高产能、低消耗、智能化的优势,并对包钢大型带式焙烧机超低工序能耗要因及工艺、设备方面新技术应用进行论述。旨在将包钢对大型带式机逐步认识、理解的经验推广至整个钢铁行业,为带式焙烧机的进一步大型化、智能化、集约化做铺垫。
Strengths of large-scale induration machine such as high productivity,low consumption and intellectualization are introduced.Reasons why large-scale straight grate induration machine of Baosteel has such ultra-low process energy consumption and its application of new technologies in process and equipment are illustrated in the hope of popularizing the experience of Baosteel for large-scale straight grate induration machine to the entire iron and steel industry,which lays the groundwork for further upsizing,intellectualizaiton and intensification of straight-grate induration machine.
