反浮选工艺对程潮铁精矿球团质量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以程潮铁矿反浮选前和反浮选后的铁精矿为原料,通过对比试验,研究了反浮选工艺对球团质量的影响。结果表明,在相同膨润土配比和造球条件下,用反浮选后精矿造出的球团,其多项质量指标均不如使用反浮选前精矿所造的球团,在膨润土用量0~3.0%范围内,生球落下强度下降最大值达1.9次/个;生球抗压强度最高下降1.4N/个;熟球抗压强度最高下降1280N/个;生球爆裂温度呈上升趋势。 Taking the iron concentrate before and after reverse floatation materials in Chengchao iron ore mine as raw materials, through comparative experiment, the effect of the reverse process on pellet quality was studied. The result shows that, with the same bentonite proportion and balling condition, many quality indexes of the pellet produced from iron concentrate after reverse flotation are inferior to those of pellet produced from iron concentrate before reverse flotation, in the range of 0 - 3.0% bentonite proportion, the dropping strength of each green pellet decreased 1.9 times at most; the compressive strength of each green pellet decreases 1.4 N at most; the compressive strength of each indurated pellet decreases 1 280 N at the maximum degree; but the cracking temperature of green pellets rises.
