摘要
为提高增压锅炉汽包水位的控制效果,解决增压锅炉汽包蓄水量和蒸发面积减小带来的变化速度问题,该文研究了增压锅炉蒸发系统的运行机理.基于集总参数法建立了蒸发系统的数学模型,将基于状态空间模型的约束预测控制算法应用于增压锅炉汽包水位控制系统,并进行了仿真研究.仿真结果表明,在外界扰动下汽包水位能够控制在规定的约束范围内,显示了约束控制算法的快速性,控制效果比较理想,增强了汽包水位控制系统的稳定性与鲁棒性,对进一步研究增压锅炉控制系统具有一定的参考价值.
In order to solve problems created by smaller steam drums and improve the effectiveness of control, supercharged boiler control systems were investigated and a mechanical model based on the lumped parameter method was established. Predictive control was applied to a supercharged boiler steam drum level control system. The simulation showed that the drum level was controlled within constraints even when disturbed. Adjustments by the control algorithm proved to be rapid and the control system performance was satisfactory. The system has good stability and robustness, and the research has some reference value for further study of supercharged boiler control systems.
