摘要
主要介绍了新加坡医疗保障模式的构成,着重分析了其在基金筹集和费用支付与控制方面的特色,比较新加坡模式和我国在医疗保障上的异同,并结合我国的具体国情和医疗保障体系的现状,总结其对完善我国医疗保障制度的几点启示。
This article mainly introduced the Singapore medical service safeguard pattem＇s constitution, has analyzed it emphatically in the fund collection and the expense payment and the control aspect characteristic, eompared with the Singapore pattern and our country＇s in medical safeguard similarities and differences, and unifies our country＇s concrete national condition and the medical safeguard system＇s present situation, summarizes it to consummate our country medical service system of safeguards＇s several enlightenment.
