摘要
本文对58例IgA肾病的临床与病理结果的分析，提示病因多为感染，伴蛋白尿者易发生肾功能不全，病理为后灶节段或球形硬化易发生肾功能不全，预后较差，提示肾活俭对判断预后有重要价值。
The clinical and pathological features of 58 cases of patients suffered from IgA nephrosis were analyzed' The results showed that the main causc of thc IgA nephrosis is infection. Type IgA nephrosis complicatcd with protelnurla and local segmental or spherical sclerosis are easy to develop the renal failure. It is suggested that the importancc of renal biopsy for determination of prognosis in type IgA nephrosis'
