IgA肾病 (IgAN)是较常见的原发性肾小球肾炎 ,临床表现呈多样性 ,目前认为IgAN是一组具有共同免疫病理特点的临床综合征 ,其发病机制仍不清楚 ,治疗无特效方法。本文从病因、病理、临床。
IgA nephrosis is one kind of common primary 'glumerulus' nephritis and is believed as a common immune pathological clinical syndromes. The mechanism is not clear and without special treatment. This paper had discussed this disease and made summary in etiology, pathology, clinic, treatment and prognosis.
