Research of Key Construction Techniques for Separated Steel Box Girders of a Long Span Cable-Stayed Bridge Carrying Both Highway and Light Rail

摘要 上海长江大桥主通航孔桥为双塔双索面钢箱梁斜拉桥,跨径布置为(92+258+730+258+92)m,采用5跨连续全漂浮体系。梁体采用分离式双主梁形式,单个箱梁为扁平闭口流线型结构。介绍箱梁制造、整体转运、现场安装中的关键技术。 The main navigable span bridge of Shanghai Changjiang River Bridge is a steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with double pylons, double cable planes and with span arrangement (92 +258q-730+258+92) m and the bridge is designed as a 5 span continuous full floating system. The main girders of the bridge are of the separated twin girders, each being a streamlined flat closed structure. In this paper, the key techniques for the manufacturing, the integral transportation and field installation of the girders are presented.
