摘要
以曲线型钢索塔桥梁——南京长江第三大桥为例,针对钢索塔立式匹配过程中的线形控制问题,引用精度控制的概念,建立了相应的精度控制系统,阐述了精度控制的作业内容、工作流程和控制方法,着重对塔柱参照系的确定、塔柱高度误差累计控制、塔柱轴线累计偏移控制、塔柱累计扭转控制等内容进行了研究.以精度控制结果为依据,给出了钢索塔节段制作和立式匹配的实施原则和方法.
The No. 3 Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, a bridge with curved steel pylons, was used as an example. With regard to the line type control used during the vertical matching of the steel pylons, the concept of accuracy control was introduced to establish the relevant accuracy control system. The content, procedure and control techniques of the accuracy control are discussed, and the following aspects are highlighted: determination of the reference system, accumulated error control of the height, accumulated deflection control of the axis, and accumulated distortion control for the pylons. Based on the test results of accuracy control, the principles and methods of vertical matching and manufacturing of the pylons are put forward.
