依帕司他合消渴通络汤足浴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变 被引量:5

Clinical Observation on the Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treated by Epalrestat and Xiaoketongluo Decoction

摘要 目的:观察依帕司他口服联合消渴通络汤足浴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将90例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,两组患者均在采用降糖药控制血糖的基础上开始周围神经病变的治疗,治疗组予依帕司他口服联合消渴通络汤足浴治疗,对照组只予依帕司他口服治疗,疗程均为4周。两组均治疗前后肌电图测运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)。结果:治疗组的糖尿病周围神经病变症状和神经传导速度改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:依帕司他联合消渴通络汤足浴是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的一种有效方法。 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) using Epalrestat with Xiaoketongluotang.Methods:90 patients of DPN were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.treatment group using Epalrestat combined Xiaoketongtuotang of The Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath therapy, control group using Epalrestat, the cycle is 4 weeks.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment group had more significant improvement of diabetic peripheral neuropathy symptom and The nerve conducts the speed of MNCV and SNCV after the treatment for 4 weeks(P 〈0.05). Conclusions:Treatment of Epalrestat with Xiaoketonginotang on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy is effective.
