摘要
目的 探讨糖尿病周围神经病变新的有效治疗方法。方法 “一联”用营养神经药 ,“二联”活血化瘀药 ,“三联”即高压氧治疗。结果 治疗组 4 2例 ,显效 33例 ,有效 7例 ,总有效率 95 2 % ,对照组 2 0例 ,显效 8例 ,有效 7例 ,总有效率 75 % ,两组比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 “三联”治疗有相互促进作用。
Objective To discuss the latest effective treatment for milieu nerve pathological changes from diabetes mellitus.Methods The first step is nutritive to nerve;the second step is to activate blood circulation ;the third is to use high-pressure oxygen.Results The treatment group 42 cases:evident curative effect is 33 cases;common curative effect is 7 cases;total effective ratio is 95.2%.The contrast group 20 cases:evident curative effect is 8 cases;common curative effect is 7 cases,total effective ratio is 75%.The difference between two groups is evident(P<0.05)。Conclusion The three steps is mutual-stimulative.The curative effect is positive.
