摘要
目的:观察活血补肾方对大鼠IL-8、SIgA含量的影响,从分子水平探讨活血补肾方治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的作用机制。方法:实验设正常组、模型组、对照组和治疗组,采用文献记录的方法造模,采用ELISA法检测大鼠前列腺IL-8、SIgA含量。结果:模型组大鼠IL-8含量升高、SIgA含量下降,经治疗后二者均恢复正常。结论:活血补肾方通过对IL-8、SIgA分泌量的调节起到调节免疫作用,从而对ⅢA型前列腺炎大鼠起治疗作用。
Objective：To observe the HuoXueBuShen Fang affect IL-8, SIgA contents of rat, from the molecular level to investigate the mechanism of HuoXueBuShen Fang treat ⅢA prostatitis.Methods：The experiment set up the normal group, model group, control group and treatment group, used the methods of document to make model, used the methods of ELISA to detect the contents of IL-8,SIgA. Results： The model group increased the contents of IL-8 and decreased the contents of SIgA,after treatment the both returned to normal. Conclusion： Through the experiment, we found that HuoXueBushen Fang can treat ⅢA prostatitis.
