骨髓间质干细胞移植治疗急性心肌梗死的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 心肌梗死是当今世界严重威胁着人类健康的疾病之一。传统认为，心肌细胞缺乏再生能力。心肌梗死后，坏死组织由瘢痕组织代替，周围正常心肌细胞代偿性肥大，不可避免地出现心室重塑，导致心功能障碍和心律失常的发生。现行的药物、介入和手术治疗因无法修复坏死的心肌而疗效不佳。心脏移植则由于供体来源少，风险大，排斥反应等难以开展。
