肾脏后肾腺瘤的临床特点二例并文献复习

摘要 目的探讨肾脏后肾腺瘤的临床及病理特点。方法对我院收治2例肾脏后肾腺瘤患者临床资料进行分析，后肾腺瘤均经手术切除并病理检查，对标本进行免疫组化检测，随访患者并复习文献。结果后肾腺瘤影像学表现与肾癌不易区分；镜下该肿瘤由大小不一的细胞排列成密集小管状、腺样结构，细胞无明显异型；免疫组化染色有助于鉴别诊断；后肾腺瘤预后较好。结论后肾腺瘤是一种罕见的肾脏原发上皮源性肿瘤，了解该肿瘤临床及病理特点有助于与其他易于混淆的肿瘤类型鉴别。
