后肾腺瘤1例并文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨后肾腺瘤(MA)的临床及病理特征,以提高对MA的认识。方法:应用常规病理、免疫组化方法观察其病理组织学表现,结合临床资料及相关文献对该病进行分析。结果:经腹腔右肾根治性切除术,大体标本示肿瘤位于右肾背侧,与右肾实质分界不清,剖面可见大量出血坏死;镜下细胞增生活跃,部分乳头状增生,有轻度异型;免疫组化分析:HCK、LCA为局灶阳性表达,E-MA、Vimentin、NSE、des均呈阴性;随访9个月未见肿瘤复发及转移。结论:肾脏MA是一种十分罕见的肾脏原发上皮源性肿瘤,因其良性的生物学特征应与肾母细胞瘤,乳头状肾细胞癌等肾脏恶性肿瘤鉴别。
