过热蒸汽气流干燥机可行性浅析 被引量:1

Brief Analysis of Extra Hot Steam Dryer

摘要 常规的对流干燥机,多以空气作为干燥介质。其主要的缺点是干燥速率低、热效率低、排气中的显热和潜热很难回收,如果回收的话成本很高,技术难度大,所以目前此类干燥器都是将尾气作为废气排出。过热蒸汽作为干燥介质的对流干燥机,除了能克服以上缺点外,还具有其他方面的优点。着重对过热蒸汽气流干燥机的优缺点、结构特点及操作运行作一简单介绍,并对其可行性做一些分析。 Air is always as the drying medium in general convection dryer. But, it has the disadvantages of low drying rate and low heating efficiency. In using this dryer, also, it is hard to retrieve the latent heat and obvious heat. If to do so, high cost and difficult technique are needed. Thus, currently, the tail gas is discharged as waste gas in this kind of dryer. By using extra hot steam as drying medium, convection dryer has no these disadvantages. Besides, there are other advantages in using it. In this article, the structure, operation and the characteristics of convection dryer were introduced, and meanwhile, the feasibility of its application was analyzed..
