摘要
介绍了我国植物新品种保护机构设备、保护审查制度内容。分析了国际植物新品种保护的新趋势并提出了新形势下我国植物新品种保护的应对策略。
New plant species protection organization establishment and protection examination system content were introduced, the new trend of international plant new variety protection was analyzed and coping strategies of the plant new variety protection of China in new situation were put forward.
