摘要
为了保护植物育种者的权利和利益,鼓励继续投资和培育新品种,我国于1999年4月23日正式实施《中华人民共和国植物新品种保护条例》,对植物新品种进行知识产权保护。本文综述我国林业植物新品种保护的总体概况和现状,并提出新品种保护相应的发展对策。
In order to protect the rights and interests of breeding people, encourage them to continue investment and cultivate new varieties. China carried out Regulations of the Protection of New Varieties of Plantsin the People＇s Republic of China on April 23,1999 to protect intellectual property rights of plant new varieties. This paper reviewed the general situation and status of the protection of new varieties of forestry plants, meanwhile, some countermeasures of the protection of new varieties were advised.
