摘要
分析了唐山市当前农业发展的主要问题,总结了唐山市循环农业发展的两类典型模式,提出了唐山市循环农业的发展方向与模式选择,即"以生态农业为基础的种、养、加结合型循环农业模式,以废弃物资源化利用为特征的循环农业模式,以畜禽产品深加工为重点的产业链延伸型循环农业模式,以能源作物开发利用为方向的生物质产业";最后从财政支持、政策机制与科技支撑等方面提出了促进唐山市循环农业发展的政策建议。
The key problems and two typical models of Circular Agriculture（CA） development in Tangshan City were analyzed and summed up, development directions and model selections of CA were put forward, such as the models of combination with planting-breeding-industrialization based on ecological agriculture, industrial utilization of waste, industry chain extension with animal products processed and biomass development by utilizing energy crops; finally, several suggestions from financial, policy mechanism and technology support were proposed.
