摘要
本文分析了世界生物质能利用的现状，包括生物质能在世界能源消费结构中的地位，近２０年来在其开发利用方面的进展；根据世界能源发展的形势，从开发利用潜力、环境保护、科学技术。
Abstract Of total consumption of energy in the developing countries, especially in Africa, over 50% consists of bioenergy, even in developed countries bioenergy consumption still reaches 3%～10%. More and more attention has been paid to renewable resources of energy, including bioenergy, as being aware of environmental protection increasing in many countries, the production and utilization of bioenergy increased. The authour thinks that it is strategic to develop bioenergy for energy crisis. The development and utilization of bioenergy should be based on modern science and technology. Government policy and related acts should be established to ensure the development of bioenergy. The authour also points out that there is great potential in developing bioenergy in China which should be integrated into the national plan of energy development.
