摘要
运用主成分方法分析10个不同地区大青叶药材中的4个有效成分,提取出2个主成分;应用聚类分析对该10个不同地区的大青叶药材进行聚类分析,将各地区大青叶药材划分为5类。2种方法为大青叶药材道地性研究及鉴定提供了科学依据。
Four effective components in Folium Isatidis from ten different areas in China were analyzed by using principal component method, then, two principal components were extracted. After analyzing ten Folium Isatidis by using cluster analysis method, they were divided into 5 clusters. The two methods will provide scientific basis for research and identification of Folium Isatidis.
