摘要
方差分析结果表明,锥粟无性系间在年单株鲜果产量、树高、地径、冠幅、有效芽数、单位面积鲜果量等性状存在极显著的差异。最高产无性系产量是最低无性系产量的11倍,超过平均产量的233%。有效芽数量最高的无性系平均产芽225个,遗传增益是对照的288.64%。根据聚类分析结果,把参试的61个无性系分为4类,Ⅳ、Ⅲ类群属高产类型,选择的平均遗传增益为99.45%。用坐标法对锥栗无性系丰产特性进行分类,将参试无性系分为4类,极高产的性系号是40,19,24,26,22,14;高产的是38,27,45,25,17,18,23,58,30,26。选择这些无性系能获得99.66%的遗传增益。
Result of variance analysis indicate that significant variation were found among the charactericties such as the annual fresh fruit yields of the individual、height、DBH、crown、quantity of effective bud、fresh fruit yields perunit area. and so on. The highest yield of clone is eleven time as much as the lowest yield clone.which is surpassed the average yield233%.The clone which have the highest quantity of effective bud produce 225 buds. whose genetic gains is those of check's 288.6%.Base on the result of cluster analyses. sicty-one clone of being tested were divided into 4 clusters the first and third clusters are belong to types of higghyield. the average genetic gains of selevted clones is 99.45%.high-yield characterictics of clones of Castanea henryi were taconomy by means of coordinate method.The clone of being tested were divided into 4 clusters. the extreme high-ytield clones is 40,19,24,36,33,14;the high-yield clones is 38,27,45,17,18,23,58,30,26;the genetic gauis can attain 99.69% by selecting these clones.
