摘要
本文以我国部分"211工程"院校为调查对象,对其智力资本、科技投入与科技创新绩效之间的相关性进行了实证分析。结果表明:(1)科技投入资本与大学智力资本对创新数量绩效都有积极的促进作用,科技投入资本对创新数量绩效存在"倒U"型的影响关系;(2)大学智力资本与科技投入资本对创新数量绩效有互补的交互效应;(3)对大学创新质量绩效起主要作用的是智力资本,科技投入资本作用很小;(4)提高大学智力资本有助于获得较多的科技投入。
This paper conducts an empirical study on the relationship between intellectual capital, investment capital and performance of universities' scientific and technological innovation based on data collected from "211 Project" universities in China. The results of the empirical study are summarized as follows: Firstly, in terms of quantity, intellectual capital and investment capital in science and technology both play positive role in promoting universities' innovation performance. The influence of investment capital on universities' innovation performance in quantity is inverted "U" shaped. Secondly, universities' intellectual capital and investment capital exhibit complementary interactive effects on the innovation performance in quantity. Thirdly, in terms of quality, intellectual capital plays a major role in universities' innovation performance, while investment capital plays a minor role. Finally, increasing universities' intellectual capital will serve to facilitate access to more investment in science and technology.
