设计出一种水力式静态混合器,内部无任何阻隔构件,通过变化流道截面尺寸来提高混合强度,剪切作用特别小.数值模拟得知:同样结构尺寸的混合器,配以同心套管管接头时的混合效果要远好于配以普通管接头,且不论混合比为多少,在d一定的情况下,d1越大,混合效果就越好.
A hydro static mixer is designed which does not involve any obstructing pieces, depends on the changes of its cross sections to enhance mixing effection, and has a much lower cutting function. The density fields are simulated by the method of element difference. It is discovered that the mixing effects of a mixer with a co axis connector are better than those of a common one, and that the larger the d 1, the better the mixing effects.
