摘要
介绍了液膜脱硫工艺在荆门分公司联合一车间液化石油气脱硫中的工业应用情况,提出了存在问题及改进方向。该工艺与现有的静态混合器、填料塔、塔板塔等工艺比较,具有二相混合强度低而接触面积大,脱硫率高的显著特点,在使产品总硫合格的前提下,可有效地避免乳化带碱引起的产品铜片腐蚀不合格。
The commercial application of liquid membrane technology in LPG desulfurization in SINOPEC Jingrnen Company is introduced, the existing problems are discussed and improvements are suggested. As compared with static mixer, packed tower, plate tower, this process features larger contact surface area and higher sulfur removal rate. The off-spec copper corrosion resulting from emulsification caustic carry over can be avoided while keeping product sulfur within specifications.
