摘要
租赁业是现代经济发展的一个朝阳产业。本文通过对我国租赁业发展的总体情况的深入分析,指出与我国快速发展的经济相比,当前我国租赁业的发展处于相对滞后的阶段。进而提出阻碍我国租赁业发展的原因除了传统观念影响外,最主要的原因还在于相关法律和市场体系建设的不完善。
Leasing industry is one of sunrise industries in modern economy.This essay makes a deep analysis on the general situation of China s leasing industry.It points out that China s leasing industry is lagging behind its rapidly growing economy.Further,this essay reveals that in addition to Chinese traditional ideas that may be an obstacle to the development of leasing industry,the main reason lies in the imperfect system structure in relative laws and market.
