摘要
融资租赁在经济发展中的作用越来越重要,是一个拥有广阔发展前景的新兴行业。但其在我国的起步较晚,而且一直没有真正发展起来,主要原因是缺少税收优惠政策、缺少资金来源、欠租问题得不到解决和企业自身等原因,而造成这些原因的关键还是缺少对融资租赁业发展有利的政策和法规。宏观政策环境的改变是促进我国融资租赁业发展的根本途径。本文就我国融资租赁业的发展提出可供选择的现实路径。
Finance leasing is becoming more and more important for economy development,and its future is wide and great. It appeared late in Chinese market,and some problems existed in its development . The reasons why our leasing industry stay backward include lack of favorable tax policy, lack of capital resource, default of lease rent and the problem of leasing company,in which the first one is real one. The best way to enhance choice for the development is the leasing industry to change macro--economic policies background. The paper proposes several choice of development for financial leasing industry in China.
